The opportunity to worship outside provides a space for us to encounter nature, to realize that God is experienced outside of the scared space of the sanctuary and to connect worship with creation.

Monday, 9th: Worship at Webb Park ~ 6:00pm
Sunday, 15th: Communion and Worship at Pilgrim Church ~ 10:00am
Monday, 23rd: Worship at Webb Park ~ 6:00pm
August
Monday, 6th: Worship at Webb Park ~ 6:00pm
Sunday, 12th: Communion and Worship at Pilgrim Church ~ 10:00am
Monday, 20th: Worship at Webb Park ~ 6:00pm

What to Expect of the Worship Service at Pilgrim:
Worship at Pilgrim Church is Sunday morning, from 10:00am to 11:00am in the church sanctuary. The service begins with music and a welcome. There is a time of spoken prayer and song.
The minister invites the children forward to sit on the steps for a 5 minute interactive children's message coordinated with the Scripture and theme of the day. After the children's message, children go to Sunday School.
A sermon follows brief readings from the Bible.
All in attendance receive a program, also called "order of service'" or "bulletin". Children have a special version of the program that includes all of the elements of the service until the time they leave the sanctuary for Sunday School. The children's version of the bulletin will have pictures to color, word seek, connect-the-dots, or other 'kid-friendly' material.
The sacrament of communion is served on the first Sunday of each month as well as on Christmas and Easter and all are invited to partake. We use grape juice, not wine. The communion bread is made by our Sunday School children and gluten-free crackers are available.
