Meet our Pastor:
Located at 24 Athens Street just off of Bridge Street (3A), in North Weymouth, we are a vibrant community within the United Church of Christ. Founded in 1852, our building may be historic
but our thinking is not.
but our thinking is not.
WorshipWorship services and Sunday School are held every Sunday at 10:00am during the months between September and June. Services include music, prayer, scripture and sermon.
All are welcome! |
CommunityFood is at the center of our community at Pilgrim. Whether it is donating food on Communion Sunday as part of our "Come be Fed and Feed Others" service project for the Weymouth Food Pantry or a potluck before services and meetings, this church knows how to cook! If you like to cook, Pilgrim is for you!
If you like to eat, Pilgrim is for you! |
MissionMission and service are at the heart of our Christian Ministry at Pilgrim. Through out the year we participate in various activities from volunteering at Father Bill's to Weymouth Community Clean Up Day to providing goods and services to the homeless in our area. After all we are told that Jesus said "I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.” John 13:34. One way we show this love is through our service.
