Children's Religious Education
Children start their day in the church sanctuary/worship center with their families. There is always a short message for children about ten minutes into the service, after which children are accompanied to their classroom by their teacher. On Communion Sundays, children return to the worship center for the sacrament of communion. All children, including visitors, are welcome to attend Sunday School. Youth ages 13-18 are invited to join the confirmation program. Click here for into.
Faithful Foundation Workshops
Faithful Foundation workshops are designed to promote understanding of Biblical and church basics as well as to encourage the deepening of one's personal faith. These workshops are appropriate for teens and adults and seekers, newcomers, and lifetime Christians are all welcome!
They're designed for adults and youth who seek to know more about Christianity and they will facilitate a deepening of one's faith and a strengthening of one's relationship with Christ.
Topics include the Bible, Baptism, Communion, God, Christ, Holy Spirit, Prayer, Meditation. the Worship Service, mission work/Community Service, the United Church of Christ; and Pilgrim Congregational Church.
